Our signature all-in-one class — TOTAL combines strength, endurance, and stretch in a full-body conditioning workout for every level. Our trainers will always provide beginner, intermediate, and advanced options, so all experiences are welcome.

Restore & Rebalance

Stretch

Flexibility and control are at the core of STRETCH. Drawing from Pilates and yoga, our deep stretch poses will improve your mobility and flexibility. They also build strength, help prevent injury, and reduce stress.

STRETCH is the essential complement to your TOTAL and Strength sessions. Guided by expert trainers, you'll move through deliberate sequences that lengthen muscles, release tension, and restore balance across your entire body.

Build Power

Strength

Dynamic athletic training fused with reformer precision. Build power, endurance, and lean muscle through targeted resistance work that pushes your limits and redefines what Pilates can do.

Combining Pilates principles with functional strength training, this class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises alongside the reformer. Expect progressive overload guided by trainers who cue alignment and breath.

Your First Class

What to Expect

Before Class

Book online through our schedule. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit. Wear fitted, comfortable clothing and bring water. Grip socks are recommended.

🎯

During Class

Your trainer will set up your reformer and guide you through every movement. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced options are always provided — all experiences are welcome.

After Class

You'll walk out the doors feeling more energised than when you entered. Muscles you didn't know existed will remind you they're there. Most people are hooked after one session.
